“We both agreed right away we weren’t going to do it [work] at home, cause we are professional [laughs] and it wouldn't work anyway, we'll have an artist coming into your house [which is not possible].”

“You’ve just got a lot of freedom [here]. You can kind of do whatever; what you like, without knocking walls down essentially. And I think it's that feeling that you get, it just makes the place great.”

“There’s even one [music venue] downstairs, which is handy ans we do use on occasions for, when we have artists in. [...] We will shoot videos, and we'll record them singing. So that kind of [things] goes out with the podcast as well.”

“When we're thinking about where to go, that location would be important. And I think it is a really good location. There’s a number of reasons: For one, transport links […] so there'll be quite a few transport options available; […] but there’s [also] a lot of music venues [in the area].”

“Basically, it's [working hours] down to workload really, so if there’s a lot of work to do, [we] come in more; if there’s not a lot of work to do, [we] come in less. Cause we work for ourselves, we can do - we're flexible that way, so it's a lot easier.”

“We're kind of just […] a project-by-project basis, just getting it done […] so an example: we will have a gap when we won't have a podcast going out, but that gives us time to recharge the batteries and such, and then we can get bring back in, make the work good, so.”

“The price [rent] is good. It went up for fair reasons […] because this room's slightly bigger. It was going to be a bit higher again, but we managed to negotiate, so it would be at a level that we could still afford. At the same time, we were giving something back to here, [...] an introduction to podcasting for beginners, [to] people who may not understand what a podcast is.”

“[We added] the polystyrene [insulation boards to that wall], yeah. That’s temporary. But that wall [the other one] is gonna be the first wall that gets majorly soundproofed.”

“Usually when we're recording, that's normally when the door's least being used [like] later in the day […] there’s people drumming on Mondays. […] we just come in on any other day, and we leave it till later on, cause that’s [easy]- again, I live near here.”

“The only way we would make money through the podcast would be to have ads. And we don’t have enough business yet to have ads. So we're waiting till we get to that kind of number, and then when we're able to do that, then we can monetize.”

“All we need for podcasting is just to have the recording sounds and just clear without any background noise.”
