“I will probably do the sanding and the stuff in the garage at home, not to disturb any of the other units because we've got some soft furnishings, clothes and stuff [here], so that wouldn't be fair, but as for painting, yeah I will be painting [here].”

“They [the managers] are very accommodating in the way that they carpeted it [the unit] for me, they painted it, they cleaned it. When I came in here ... I said: can I have that [unit] down and they said no problem, no problem, no problem... and you know I can change lighting and things so yeah the rent is spot on. ”

“It's [next unit] a communal space so the guys have said "listen, use the tools, use the workshop" […] and I don't need to pay for a massive space […] I've got the tools but it saves me bringing them in and using up the space in my unit that the lads have got it all in there. I can store my paints in there […] anywhere else that'd probably be extra, that'd cost extra and it's not [the case here].”

“So there's a row of three units, the length of three units I'll probably take up. One I'll be working in, one will be displaying and the other one will be for, oh gosh! the paints, selling the paints. ”

“I've got a Facebook page. So kind of on there I keep people up to date on what I'm doing. Followers not too bad, I've got just over a thousand now so I was quite excited about that.”
